Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been processed for shipping or if the unit is a "Made-to-Order" custom display.
We do not accept cancellation requests for customized digital signage, software licenses once activated, or B2B project-specific bulk orders. Refunds are only applicable if the product is proven to be defective upon arrival.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items (e.g., cracked screens or Dead on Arrival), please report the same to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be approved once our technical team verifies the defect via remote diagnostic or physical inspection.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or differs from the technical specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review the claim against the original order details.
Most of our products (Sony, Samsung, LG) come with a standard manufacturer warranty. For functional issues covered under warranty, customers are advised to contact the brand's authorized service center directly.
In case of any Refunds approved by ELACTREE NEXTGEN SOLUTIONS LLP, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method.
