Return Process

1. Check Eligibility

2. Initiate Return

Go to 'My Orders' > Select Item > Click 'Return'. Choose 'Pickup' option.

3. Pack & Handover

Place the item in the original box. Hand it over to our courier partner.

4. Refund Processed

Refund is initiated immediately after the courier picks up the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Personal care electronics (trimmers, shavers) and software keys cannot be returned due to hygiene and licensing reasons, unless defective.
